Lu Yongzheng, male, Han ethnicity, was born in September 1967 in Yiyang, Hunan Province. He began his work in July 1989 and joined the Communist Party of China in January 1986. He holds an on‑the‑job postgraduate qualification and a Doctor of Laws degree. He is currently Member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Guizhou Provincial Committee, Director of the Publicity Department of the CPC Guizhou Provincial Committee and Secretary of the Education Working Committee of the CPC Guizhou Provincial Committee.
