He holds an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) from Cambridge Judge Business School, University of Cambridge, and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA). He currently serves as Chief Financial Officer of H World Group. Prior to joining H World, he held senior leadership positions—including President and Chief Financial Officer—at leading Chinese and international companies such as BT Group, Jaguar Land Rover, and Baozun. He brings extensive hands-on experience spanning business operations and financial management.
