Liu Hanbin, originally from Tianmen, Hubei, is the founder and current chairman of Shenzhen Damoda Intelligent Control Technology Co., Ltd.
He graduated from Huazhong University of Science and Technology with a bachelor’s degree in Naval Architecture and Ocean Engineering and a master’s degree in Computational Fluid Dynamics.
He has previously held a number of senior positions at the 605th Research Institute of the Aviation Industry Corporation of China (AVIC), including Deputy Director of the Second Research Office, Director of the Second Research Office, and Deputy Director of the Aviation Development Department.
Subsequently, he joined Huawei, where he advanced through positions in product development, management, and leadership, with a focus on data communication and carrier systems, culminating in director-level responsibilities as Director of Carrier Systems at Huawei 3Com (H3C).
From 2019 to 2025, he served as the General Project Director for Drone Swarm performance at the CCTV Spring Festival Gala for six consecutive editions.
In 2024, he was recognised as an Outstanding Talent in the 3rd "Long Wu Hua Zhang" Awards of Longhua District, Shenzhen.
In 2025, he was appointed Director of the Technology Innovation Center for Low-Altitude Drone Swarm Performances of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism.
In 2025, he was appointed to the position of Executive Committee Member of the 9th Shenzhen Federation of Industry and Commerce.
